What a lousy summer we’ve had in Sweden this year. August and September have been colder and windier compared with the previous 3 years. This weekend has been pretty nice though but on the news they are saying that next week is when summer will be ending*sigh*.

From a fashion perspective that’s positive news new we during the fall are able to take full advantage of our wardrobe. Cardigans and sweaters are hot as usual, especially since they are cozy and give you the feeling that you’re a baby wrapped around in a favorite blanket.

The Missoni outfit above is an excellent example of what to wear later this month when the leaves start falling of the trees. Some plain trousers and a colorful with patterns or a motive is a winning combination for those who don’t want to over dress, but are aiming at looking striking in a comfortable way.

I love the pink sweater which reminds me of one I used to rock back in 04 during the popular pink era.
